Regulations:

The regulatory body code of conducts (Such as ASA) will not affect the production of our advert. Our advertising campaign will be appropriate for all audiences to view, with no explicit content and no swearing meaning it can be broadcasted on TV before the watershed. There will be no reasons for the audience to complain about the advert, as it will be kept family-appropriate and have a light hearted mood. 

There will be no false advertising within our advertising campaign and all deals will be valid on the day, therefore we will not be breaking any regulations surrounding false advertising.
